Accuris qMAX SYBR Green Bulk Packaging

Supplied as a ready-to-use 2X master mix, qMax Green has been engineered for high sensitivity, fact cycling and excellent reproducibility. Accuris Hot Start Polymerase provides accurate PCR of a variety of templates including low copy number and difficult sequences, while the proprietary qMax Green intercalating dye exhibits higher fluorescence and lower PCR inhibition than other popular green dyes.

These two components are supported by a specially formulated buffer with an exacting combination of salts, PCR enhancers, stabilizers and pH that results in earlier Ct values and a high specificity across a broad dynamic range.

Bulk Packaging:
To accommodate the requirements of high throughput users, Accuris is now  offering their full line of qPCR and RT-qPCR reagents in bulk packaging at highly discounted prices. Bottle sizes of 25 mL (2500 reactions) and 50 mL (5000 reactions) are available for qMAX SYBR Green and qMAX Probe mixes. One Step RT-qPCR kits are also available in bulk format for 2500 and 5000 reactions and are ideal for labs performing pathogen detection.

Design of our COVID-19 was an intricate process using a dedicated team of expert bioinformaticians. Finding the right sequence is critical for not only assay specificity, but also sensitivity which can be inhibited by primer-dimer formation. These ultimately reduce the assay's ability to detect SARS-CoV-2 accurately. However, the right design will mitigate these risks and ensure a specific, sensitive and accurate test, as we have done.


Our surveillance program is in place to track the mutation of the virus. Our expert bioinformaticians analyze daily published virus sequences to ensure our test maintains a 100% detection profile. Each new mutation presents a risk to any COVID-19 kit detection and false negatives without surveillance programs in place. As of the 17th July 2020 our COVID-19 test has a 100% detection profile with the 42,655 full length, good quality SARS-CoV-2 sequences published on the GISAID-EpiCoV database.


Ensuring your COVID-19 test is stable during transit and storage is vital to prevent reagent degradation. Within our COVID-19 genesig® Real Time PCR assay we provide oasig components that are provided freeze dried which stabilizes the active components. This enables the reagents to be shipped at ambient temperature. This simplifies the logistics of shipping and is cost effective. Gel Cutting Tips, 1.1 x 6.5mm

Cut gel with pipet tip on the end of a standard 1000µl pipettor. Gel piece is suspended in tip when pipettor is lifted from the gel. Expel the gel piece by pushing the pushbutton on the pipettor. Tip is ejected in normally using the ejector button.
