Polystyrene (VIS) and Methacrylate (UV-VIS)
Optically superior designs specifically for fluorimetry make this an excellent choice for nephelometry and spectrophotometry. A negligible variation in absorbance between the 4 optical sides allows readings from any side.
The polystyrene cuvettes are accurate in the 340nm to 750nm visible spectral range. The methacrylate cuvettes are accurate throughout the 285nm to 750nm UV-VIS spectral range.

The Cell Projects range of HiMaX Electroporation cuvettes are designed to maximise molecular electroporation and electrofusion efficiencies for Bacteria, Yeast, Insect, Plant and Mammalian cells. UNICO SQ-2800 is the most economic general-purpose design in the SpectroQuest line. It is a stand-alone model with 4nm fixed bandwidth and has all the features that the SpectroQuest line offers for a stand-alone unit.
