FlipTop™ Freezer Boxes offer a durable, space-saving solution for organizing and storing cryogenic vials and microtubes. Constructed from recyclable cardboard with a liquid-resistant outer coating, these boxes are designed for ultra-low temperature storage down to -196°C, making them ideal for use in cryogenic freezers and LN vapor-phase storage.

Each FlipTop™ box features an attached hinged lid that eliminates lid mix-ups and ensures foolproof sample identification. Boxes are shipped fully assembled, with your choice of either 81-place (9×9) or 100-place (10×10) cardboard dividers, and include drain slots for added safety and airflow.

For quick visual sorting, boxes are available in white and five vibrant colors, or in a convenient Rainbow Pack of assorted colors. Alpha-numeric grid markings appear on the top, sides, and bottom for consistent and accurate sample tracking.

DoubleDecker™ PCR Freezer Boxes

Optimize your cold storage space with DoubleDecker™ PCR Freezer Boxes, the ideal solution for high-density PCR sample storage. Designed specifically for 0.1 mL and 0.2 mL PCR tubes and strip tubes, this two-level system doubles storage capacity while maintaining a low-profile height of under 2 In. (51 mm) to fit seamlessly into standard stainless steel freezer racks.

Each level includes 196 wells, giving you room for up to 392 individual PCR tubes in total. The top level is a removable cardboard tray featuring convenient finger grips, allowing easy access to the lower level. DryChill™ Ice-free Cooling Block

The DryChill™ cooling blocks are designed to store samples safely on the lab-bench without sample degradation due to temperature increase or fluctuation. Unlike traditional ice buckets, these blocks do not require any ice and are uniquely designed to minimize condensation, resulting in a convenient, mess-free cooling.

Each DryChill™ Cooling Block utilizes a proprietary gel refrigerant, designed to maintain cold (but not freezing) temperatures for extended time periods. Once the block temperature begins to warm, the visual indicator alerts the user by changing from purple to pink.

Four blocks are available for accepting a wide variety of commonly used research tubes and plates.

Cryogenic MicroTubes

This series of tubes is available either plain or with printed graduations and white marking area for sample identification. The caps do not have the attachment loops for users who prefer to remove the caps completely from the tubes when filling or sampling. These microcentrifuge tubes have all the other fine features stated in the general description. Perfect for cryogenic work. Non skirted tubes can be centrifuged up to 20,000g. Skirted tubes can be centrifuged up to 17,000g.

Will withstand temperatures from -196 °C to +121 °C. 

Tubes and caps (with CMT as part number) are certified RNase, DNase, DNA and Pyrogen free.
 

Polycarbonate Cryo or Freezer Boxes
