BrightMax™ Sealing Film

White, light-reflecting, vinyl sealing film designed for use with white microplates.

Plate-Sealing Roller

The plate-sealing roller features a smooth spinning, thermoplastic elastomer sealing surface with a durable plated metal handle.

• A 10 minute or greater dwell me at room temperature before processing increases the film-to-plate bond

The Accuris Fast Extraction PCR Kit features an exclusive single-tube solution that extracts genomic DNA in just 8 minutes. This is swiftly followed by PCR amplification utilizing our High Fidelity Hot Start Red Dye Master Mix, designed for superior endpoint PCR performance. High Fidelity Hot Start Red Dye Master Mix is a 2X formula that incorporates a non-reactive red dye, enabling direct gel loading.

This kit offers versatility to suit different workflows: the PCR-prepared genomic DNA can be directly used in endpoint PCR or can be applied in real-time PCR using either SYBR Green or TaqMan Probe chemistries.

The new Enduro Power Supplies meet a wide range of applications including DNA, RNA, and protein electrophoresis, blotting, and many others. Two models are available with voltage ranges to 300V and current ranges to 3000mA. Operating modes include constant voltage or constant current with automatic crossover. In addition, the 250V model offers a constant power operating mode.

All parameters, including voltage, current, power (250V model only), and time are easily set using the membrane keypad and displayed digitally on the back lit LCD. Compact in design with a small footprint, the Enduro Power Supplies are also stackable to save space. For easy viewing and setting of parameters on the bench or on a shelf, the front of the power supply can be raised with the integral folding feet.

Ultra Clear and Ultra Clean
We make our PurePlus® Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) consumables without additives so you don't need to wonder what is different about the plates, tubes, or strips you are using this week. We also test every batch for contamination by Human DNA as well as the more common tests that other suppliers offer for RNase and DNase enzymes. Many of our plates are printed with black alpha numeric reference grids to make it easier for you to keep track of your samples. We also offer optically clear caps and opaque black or white plates for Real Time PCR. And we also offer re-usable silicone sealing mats and polypropylene sealing film. Labcon PurePlus® PCR tubes, strips and plates are designed to fit many popular thermocyclers including brands like Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Thermo Scientific, and Bio Rad. All our PCR disposables are made from 100% virgin polypropylene and are lot tested and certified to be free of RNase, DNase, and Human DNA. Autoclavable. Our pure resin consumables are available in strips, individual tubes, plates in clear natural or colors.

Our PurePlus® sterile disposables, like all our other sterile products, receive valid sterilization processing compliant with ISO 11137. So unlike "pre-sterile" products from other suppliers you can use PurePlus® PCR disposables for diagnostic and regulated procedures.
