The all-in-one eCount combines a multifunction electronic counter with a Sharpie® pen for marking petri dishes to prevent missing or double-counting colonies. Light, ergonomic body is balanced for easy manipulation. Touch controls for multiple counts, sums, counting up or down, and more! Includes fine-point Sharpie® pen and weighted stand.

All versions are supplied in sterile packaging, but are also autoclavable and have smooth, rounded edges to prevent unwanted cutting, scraping or gouging of agar during inoculation.
L-Shape:
The original spreaders are ideal for spreading bacteriological cultures evenly. The shape allows the user to rotate and apply easily throughout an entire round plate or dish. They are made of ABS and have a slight upward curve at the edge to prevent dragging or scraping.T-Shape:
This shape ensures that consistently even pressure can be applied across the entire span of the 34 mm spreading surface. Designed for spreading and dispersing liquids across the surface of agar culture plates, they are made of ABS and commonly used for CFU plate counts on water, milk, urine, etc.Triangle Shape:
This new design is also used for CFU count applications, but has a grooved handle that improves grip and orientation. Made of polypropylene, they are available with a 30 mm span or an extra large 60 mm span.Sterile Disposable Inoculating Loops & Needles

Touch pressure with felt tip marker on petri dish registers cumulative count on the digital display with confirmation by audible tone (can be turned on or off). The pressure required to register a count can be adjusted to suit each user. Averaging facility calculates average count over multiple plates. Counting results as well as useful statistics including SD can be sent directly to the accessory printer or to a computer via a USB cable supplied.
Sub-stage illumination by low energy bright LED's allows glare-free optimum viewing. A switchable black background is provided to enhance viewing of translucent and difficult to see colonies. Supplied with a Wolffhuegel graticule, segmentation dish and dish centering adapters to facilitate use with 50mm to 90mm dishes. A choice of magnifiers and a printer are available as optional accessories.

Our Inoculating Loops and Needles are smooth and flexible to facilitate uniform, smooth streaking without damage to media/gel surfaces. The needles are straight and suitable for removal of single colony specimens. The loops are extra-smooth and constructed of polypropylene and rubber. Both the loops and needles are packed sterile in safe, tamper-proof, zip-seal resealable bags. Cross contamination due to improper sterilization is eliminated. They can be used under hoods without danger, are color coded for ease of size identification, and are extra long to reduce the risk of contamination. Certificate of conformity is available upon request.

Stickers for labeling petri dishes.
PetriStickers allow for petri dishes to be labeled quickly, neatly and reliably. Made with water-resistant ink, substrate and adhesives and will remain firmly attached at temperatures from 42° to 4°C. Simply remove the label's protective backing and apply it to the back of a petri dish. After labeling, the dish can be held in a comfortable position for streaking or colony transfer, stored in an incubator or refrigerator, and photographed.

Each 13mm grid is marked numerically in one direction and alphabetically in the other. This dish has four venting ribs into the underside of the lid to prevent condensation build up.

The Accuris ASPIRE Laboratory Aspirator incorporates a quiet, maintenance-free pump inside a sturdy, yet compact base. The vacuum is fully adjustable, with a pressure gauge that displays the vacuum level, allowing full control of aspirating speed. The ASPIRE is an ideal choice for a wide range of laboratory aspirating applications, including removal of media from tissue culture vessels or plates, and supernatants. An ergonomic, hand held aspirating device is included, and holds standard 200 to 300ul disposable pipette tips.

The collection bottle incorporates a reliable Overflow Protection Valve that closes off the tube to the vacuum in the event of a full bottle. In addition, the replaceable in-line filter protects the vacuum pump from contaminants and any moisture that comes through the bottle. Graduations on the collection bottle indicate the amount of fluid collected and when it's ready to be emptied. The Handheld Vacuum Pipette has an ergonomic design that's comfortable in the hand during prolonged use. Pressing the button applies the vacuum. The pipette accepts Pasteur pipettes, serological pipettes, and also comes with 2 accessory pipette cones. One cone is designed to accommodate 200/300ul pipette tips, the other has a thin, stainless steel capillary for fine control aspirating.

RephiQuik Syringe Filters
RephiQuik non-sterile syringe filters are a fast and efficient tool for analytical sample preparation.
As a result of high quality polypropylene (PP) housing and low extractable membranes, the filters deliver broad chemical compatibility and excellent performance consistency.

Argos Syringe Filters are ideal for filtering culture media and organic solvents in a wide range of applications. All items are tested for filter efficiency and housing integrity. Filter housing is manufactured and tested to withstand pressures of up to 75 PSI. Membrane materials include PES, PVDF, MCE, Nylon, and PTFE.
