The PR1MA™ Orbital Microplate Shaker is designed with a 3 mm mixing orbit, optimized for thorough mixing of microplates and/or PCR plates. Up to four plates (standard or deep well) can be placed on the included platform and are instantly secured without the use of springs, clamps, or tools.

The new Orbi-Shaker CO₂™ resistant shaker is designed for shaking, mixing, and aeration applications in extreme environments, including CO₂ incubators. It can withstand temperatures from 0-60^°C, humidity levels up to 100%, and won't corrode in a CO₂ environment.

To avoid contamination, unintentional release of gas, or deviations from protocol, both speed and time are set via the included remote-control module. The remote controller allows the user to set and adjust the shaker settings without opening the chamber doors.

The instrument is supplied with a 13"x12" non-slip platform. In addition, convenient MAGic Clamp™ platforms (large or small), are also available for use with Erlenmeyer flasks and test tube racks. The unique magnetic attachment method has been widely recognized as the easiest way to instantly change between flask clamps of different sizes.
 

Orbi-Shaker™ XL

The Orbi-Shaker™ XL offers a flask capacity that far exceeds that of most benchtop models. With a large 18 x 18 inch platform and a powerful, beltless motor drive, the Orbi-Shaker™ XL is capable of mixing up to five 2 L flasks or nine 1 L flasks simultaneously. A remote control is included to allow for setting adjustments of time or mixing speed without opening the door and disrupting the CO₂ environment. The remote module can be stored outside of the chamber and connects to the shaker via a flat (1 mm thickness) cable, that easily passes through a port underneath the incubator door without compromising the seal. The remote module is magnetically attached to the side of the incubator.
