ILP Deep Well Square Well, U-Bottom 44 mm Plates - 24
Our 10.0 mL and 15.0 mL 24-well plates are ideal for growing bacterial cultures and for sample purification with magnetic beads, utilizing manual and automated systems. The unique square top with round bottom design allows for optimum mixing and enhanced recovery of magnetic beads. Separated round well bottoms allow for the use of post or ring-style magnetic plates.
Automation-compliant footprint and rigid construction allow for use on automation platforms with most robotic grippers. Raised rims on each well make for easy and secure sealing with adhesive films, silicone mats, or heat-sealing films.
Made from Virgin Polypropylene (no mold release agents or regrind); certified RNase, DNase, DNA, and Pyrogen Free.

The unique square top with a round bottom design allows for maximum volume, optimum mixing, and enhanced separation/recovery of magnetic beads. Separated round well bottoms allow for the use of ring or post-style magnetic plates.
Raised rims on each well make for easy and secure sealing with adhesive films, silicone mats, or heat-sealing films. Manufactured from virgin polypropylene (no mold release agents or regrind) and certified to be free of RNase, DNase, and Pyrogen contamination.

Sturdy and warp-resistant design with ultra-flat surfaces and rigid construction, this plate is ideal for high throughput screening, sample collection, compound storage, screening, and combinatorial chemistry applications. It is compatible with stackers, grippers, heater/cooler blocks, and other instruments that comply with the ANSI/SLAS 2004-1 (SBS) footprint.
Raised rims on each well help protect from cross-contamination, minimize sample loss during storage, and make for enhanced sealing with adhesive films, silicone mats, or heat sealing films. Manufactured of inert, chemically resistant, and exceptionally clear virgin polypropylene.

PurePlus® Deep Well Plates
Labcon’s PurePlus® Deep Well Plates are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of RNase, DNase, ATP, and endotoxins. With our in-house microbiology lab, consistency is a top priority.
Available in sterile and non-sterile formats, these plates fit most popular instruments and can be sealed with sealing films or reusable silicone mats. Barcoding is available for both 1.2 mL and 2.2 mL plates by special order.
Ultra Clean & Ultra Clear
PurePlus® plates feature molded-in orientation and permanent printed locating grids for ease of use. They are available in multiple formats: 96 well square hole with conical or flat bottom, 96 well round hole with round bottom, and 384 well square hole.
With volumes ranging from 0.2 mL to 2.5 mL, our plates are offered in non-sterile and validated medical-grade sterile versions, sterilized to an SAL of 10^-6 in compliance with ISO 11137.
The 1.2 mL and 2.2 mL volumes include three-sided alpha-numeric labeling grids, and their smooth interior surfaces ensure efficient pipetting. Designed for manual or robotic handling, these plates are SBS formatted for compatibility with automated systems.
Additional Features
Made from 100% virgin polypropylene, PurePlus® plates are autoclavable and freezable. Unlike "pre-sterile" products from other manufacturers, our sterile plates are fully validated for diagnostic and regulated procedures.
