The IsoPure™ 96 from Accuris Instruments is a high-throughput automated extraction system that improves the efficiency and reproducibility of magnetic bead extractions. Capable of processing up to 96 samples at one time, the instrument is easy to set up and program. Mixing, magnetic bead transfer, washing, and elution steps are performed automatically, saving valuable hands-on time. The complete purification process can be finished in as little as 10 minutes (depending on the reagent kit and the complexity of the program.)

Reversible Magnetic Bead Separation Rack

MTC Bio’s reversible magnetic separation rack is ideal for low throughput bead-based nucleic acid purification. Double-sided magnets combined with an innovative flip-design allows for bead separation in 8 x 1.5 / 2.0 mL microtubes or 16 x 0.1 / 0.2 mL PCR tubes, all while maintaining an exceptionally compact footprint. The ultra-strong magnets feature a Pull Strength of 5000 g and Field Strength of more than 5000 guass for fast separation. Tube wells are angled on a 10° pitch for optimal tube contact with magnets, and microtube wells are equipped with an adapter ring for precision control over the height of the tube exposed to the magnetic field. The magnets are housed in a removable casing that enables quick resuspension without removing tubes from the rack.
