Compression molded silicone sealing mats with 8.2 x 8.2mm square plugs, are designed for 96-square well storage and assay plates. Produced from the highest quality research grade silicone, they are specially designed to provide a positive and airtight seal. Mats fit tightly into wells preventing evaporation of VOCs, sample loss in storage, cross contamination, and reducing the risk of aerosols and pathogens venting during the automation process. They work in a wide range of temperatures for incubation and storage applications; especially for storage at higher temperatures or for applications involving aggressive solvents.These seals pare well with automation as-well-as manual laboratory protocols. Often used in high-throughput applications or those involving accessing the sample through the cover multiple times. High quality silicone, resists coring and tearing reducing the risk or mat particulate entering the well. Well perforations will seal themselves, after penetration, ensuring an airtight closure.
These mats are chemically resistant and reusable; containing no adhesives or extractables to contaminate samples. Made of research-grade silicone, they can be autoclaved, and following a 10% bleach wash and ethanol rinse protocol may be reused. Printed alpha numeric grid for easy reference.

96-Well Assay Plates (PS), Round Well, Flat Bottom
Our flat bottom 96-well assay plates are ideal for general (non-tissue culture) applications including microbiology, serology, and fluorescence assays.
Black plates are solid black and opaque in color with no transparency, quenching light, and limiting background autofluorescence. These plates allow for top-read measurements.
White plates are solid white and opaque in color with no transparency, maximizing signal strength and reflection. These plates allow for top-read measurements.
Natural plates allow for top-read or bottom-read measurements in the visible range. Made from high optic transmission grade polystyrene.
They come in standard 8×12 configuration and have molded-in alpha-numeric position markings. Each well offers a working volume of 200 µl.

96-Deep Well Plate, Round Well, V-Bottom 33 mm
These round deep-well V-bottom plates combine working volume with an automation-friendly design. Sturdy and warp-resistant design with ultra-flat surfaces and rigid construction, this plate is ideal for high throughput screening, sample collection, compound storage, screening, and combinatorial chemistry applications. It is compatible with stackers, grippers, heater/cooler blocks, and other instruments that comply with the ANSI/SLAS 2004-1 (SBS) footprint.
Raised rims on each well help protect from cross-contamination, minimize sample loss during storage, and make for enhanced sealing with adhesive films, silicone mats, or heat-sealing films. Manufactured of inert, chemically resistant, and exceptionally clear virgin polypropylene.

Reservoirs, Half Height
Combine space savings with automation friendly design, with this
sturdy 12-channel reservoir. This reservoir is ideal for manual or
automated applications with its warp resistant, ultra-flat, rigid
construction, and stable base. It is compatible with stackers, plate
handlers, cooling blocks, and other instruments that comply with the
ANSI/SLAS 2004-1 (SBS) footprint.
The 12 channel design allows for the use of up to 12 different reagents. Each channel has a “v shaped” trough to reduce dead volume – minimizing reagent waste. This reservoir is designed to take a range of liquid handling configurations from 8 or 12 channel pipettes. Overall volume is 160mL; each channel can hold up to 13.3mL.
Mid-height design utilizes 30-40% less vertical space allowing for more storage in freezers, automated loaders, under the hood, and other locations where space is at a premium. To minimize space on platforms (when a stacker is not in use) or under hoods, these reservoirs can be filled and stacked.
Sturdy and reusable, our reagent reservoirs can stand-up to autoclaving, exposure to temperature extremes, and most chemicals, solvents and alcohols used in combinatorial chemistry.

96-Round Well, U-Bottom, Glass Coated MicroPlates
- Glass-coated, polypropylene microplates. The 200 nm thick coating of silicone dioxide creates a cradle of non-binding and inert glass to protect your sample.

Three formats are avaiable to meet a range of applica-tions: 384 x 120 µl/well, 96 x 350 µl/well and 24 x 3 ml/ well. All can be ordered tissue culture treated. The 24 well plates are also available with a high binding irradi-ated surface. |
Both the 384 well and 96 well plates are supplied in packages of 100 or in an HTS pack that includes 4 sleeves of 25 tissue culture treated plates with lids. The 24 well plates are supplied 68 plates to a pack with the exception of the tissue culture treated plates which are supplied individually wrapped with lids in packages of 56. |

PCR Plates
Standard profile, PCR plate with no skirt. This universal plate design is compatible with all standard 0.2mL block thermal cyclers. Plate is easily oriented with corner notch and molded in alpha-numeric.
Manufactured of low extractable, optically clear, virgin, medical grade polypropylene specifically for the rigorous demands of the research laboratory. Uniformly thin-walls promote rapid even thermal transfer for consistent amplification and increased recovery rate.
