These 96-deep well plates are ideal for separations of nucleic acids and clean-up procedures with magnetic beads. The unique square top with a round bottom design allows for maximum volume, optimum mixing, and enhanced separation/recovery of magnetic beads. Separated round well bottoms allow for the use of ring or post-style magnetic plates.
Glass-coated, polypropylene deep well plates. The 200 nm thick coating of silicone dioxide creates a cradle of non-binding and inert glass to protect your sample.
This SiO2 coating helps to:

IsoPlates have clear bottoms with opaque wells like ViewPlates, but are made by molding 96-clear wells, then molding a black or white frame around the clear wells. This makes the color extend to the same depth as the well base, reducing crosstalk in bottom reading assays. B&W Isoplates are also an option for assays which require amplification of signal and reduced crosstalk but not visualization. These plates have black frames with white, opaque wells. Available in 96-well format with a variety of treatment options.
