The Krystal microplates are supplied white for lumines-cence/ fluorescence or black for fluorescence assays. Clear well bottoms allow for use with instruments that read above or below the plate.Three formats are avaiable to meet a range of applica-tions: 384 x 120 µl/well, 96 x 350 µl/well and 24 x 3 ml/ well. All can be ordered tissue culture treated. The 24 well plates are also available with a high binding irradi-ated surface.Both the 384 well and 96 well plates are supplied in packages of 100 or in an HTS pack that includes 4 sleeves of 25 tissue culture treated plates with lids. The 24 well plates are supplied 68 plates to a pack with the exception of the tissue culture treated plates which are supplied individually wrapped with lids in packages of 56.Bar coding is available for all plates upon request.

hydroGrade™Â plates feature a strongly hydrophilic surface, with a strong affinity to hydrophilic molecules, such as glycoproteins and peptides, antibodies with predominantly hydrophilic regions, and nucleic acids. All BRANDplates cell culture plates are sterilized by Ã-radiation to ISO 11137 and AAMI guidelines for a SAL of 10-6, meeting the requirements of Ph. Eur. and the USP 29. Plates are DNA-, DNase-, RNase-free, as well as meeting cytotoxic substance levels per DIN EN ISO 10993. Endotoxins are <0.01 EU/mL. All sterile plates are individually wrapped.

Plate, 96 Round Well V-Bottom 14.40mm Height, 480ul


Huge round top wells (with conical V-bottom) provide easier access and up to 480ul per well of working volume in this short (14.4mm high) micro-plate. Manufactured from chemically resistant and inert virgin polypropylene, this plate is optimized for sample collection; combinatorial chemistry; library applications, bacterial and yeast growth, storage, and sample recovery.  The V-bottom design helps to concentrate reagents and sample, minimizing the amount of both needed. It also improves sample recovery, while larger diameter wells improve sample access and overall volume.
The sturdy design and ANSI/SLAS 2004 compliant footprint (SBS) allow for automated usage with grippers, stackers, and heater/cooler blocks. Raised rims on each well make for easy and secure sealing with adhesive films, silicone mats, or heat sealing films, help prevent cross contamination, and reduce sample loss in storage. Lot to lot tested and certified to be free of RNase, DNase, and Pyrogen contamination.
