Enduro™ Electrophoresis System
- Molded, durable construction
- Rubber gates for easy, tapeless gel casting
- Adjustable height combs
- Loading guides aid in well visualization
Enduro Horizontal Gel Boxes have been designed for ease of use, safety and durability. A variety of sizes are available, from a mini gel system to a large maxi gel system that can accommodate as many as 450 samples in a single run. A wide range of accessories are available to customize your system, including multichannel compatible gel combs.
QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
The Enduro gel tanks are molded for leakproof performance and a long service life. The corrosion resistant platinum electrodes are located in cassettes to protect them during cleaning and provide for easy replacement. The lids fit on the gel boxes in only one direction. A drip ring on the lid recycles condensed buffer and prevents it from dripping directly onto the gel.EASE OF USE
Casting gels for the Enduro system is very easy. Simply snap the rubber gates onto the ends if the tray, place the comb in position and pour the gel - no taping is necessary. Slots on the sides of the gel trays hold the combs in place. The two piece combs are designed so that the teeth can be raised or lowered to vary the depth of the well within the gel. The supplied combs are 1.5 mm thick. Combs of other thicknesses are available separately. After the gel has hardened, the combs and gates are removed and the gel and tray placed in the gel box. Loading strips may be placed on the bottom of the gel box to aid in well visualization. Gel trays are UV transparent.DESIGNED FOR SAFETY
The power leads for the Enduro system are attached to the gel box lid. The connection with the electrodes is made only when the lid is properly in place. Removal of the lid removes power from the system. Side tabs and pressure pads make lid removal easy and prevent sloshing of buffer.*Complete system includes gel system, 7 X 7 cm tray, and (2) 8 tooth combs

Labnet's Enduro Gel XL includes all components necessary to cast and run horizontal gels: gel trays, combs, casting stand, gel tank and digital power supply. The migration tank, gel trays and multichannel combs are molded for leakproof performance and a long service life. The direct connection of the power supply into the gel box eliminates the need for power leads.
Pressing the eject button separates the gel box and power supply. Reconnecting is easy-just press the two pieces together. The power supply can be set to either constant voltage or constant current with automatic crossover between the two parameters. Parameters are shown on the large digital display that is easily visible from a distance.
There are three different gel options for the Enduro Gel XL; 12.5 x 12cm, 12.5 x 6cm and 6 x 6cm. One larger gel with multiple combs will accommodate up to 112 samples. Or run two small gels or four micro gels at the same time. Cassettes protect fragile electrodes from damage and allow for easy replacement.
A magnetic sensor allows current to flow to the electrodes only when the lid is in place. If the lid is removed while the system is operating, current is immediately shut down. In addition, the lid of the gel box is vented to dissipate heat produced during electrophoresis. To aid in visualizing the gel while it is running, there is a clear window over the gel platform.

Western Blot Boxes
- The perfect box for every blot
- Reduce antibody usage
- The hinged Lid minimizes evaporation
- For halves, wholes, strips, or minis
No matter what size your Western blot is, there's a box that fits it perfectly. With boxes that are correctly matched to common blot sizes, you can fit more blots on shakers/rockers while keeping reagent and antibody usage to an absolute minimum. Additionally, all corners are formed at 90° angles and the bottom surface is uniformly flat, further reducing consumption of costly reagents and antibodies (for example, popular mini gels require only about 4 mL).
At a price that makes them truly disposable, all sizes are engineered from crystal clear polystyrene. The exception is our opaque black boxes (except WBB7BK and WBB15BK), which protect light-sensitive samples. All sizes are also equipped with an easy-to-open hinged lid that reduces evaporation.

Need a great DNA Ladders at a great price?
Try our PR1MA™ SmartCheck DNA Ladders
Bullseye Pre-stained Protein Ladder, 10-180 kDa
- Ready to use - no boiling necessary
- Stable at ambient temperature
- 2 reference bands - red at ~75kDa and green at ~25kDa
- Use 5-15µl, depending on the size of the wells
- No freeze-thaw involved
- Broad range ladder
Application: The Bullseye Pre-stained Protein Ladder is suitable for visualizing proteins during electrophoresis without staining and for monitoring transfer onto membrane.
The Bullseye Pre-stained Protein Ladder contains 10 prestained proteins, covering a wide range of molecular weights from 10 to 180kDa. It is designed for monitoring protein separated during polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, verification of Western transfer efficiency on membranes and for sizing of proteins. The ladder is supplied in protein gel loading buffer and is ready-to-use. No need to heat, dilute, or add reducing agent before loading. One prominent feature of this protein ladder, is that it remains in the liquid state at the storage temperature; therefore, there is not a freeze-thaw cycle involved, making the ladder very stable.
Contents:
0.1~0.4 mg/ml of each protein in 20 mM Trisphosphate (pH 7.5 at 25°C), 2% SDS, 1 mM reducing reagent, 3.6 M Urea, and stabilizer.
Usage:
For each application, 5-15µl is needed, depending on the size of the wells.
Quality Control:
Tested in polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and Western Blotting.
Storage: -20 °C.
Note for image:
The apparent molecular weight of each protein (kDa) has been determined by calibration against an unstained protein ladder in each electrophoresis condition.
Glow Writer is a fine-point phosphorescent ink marking pen for making experimental notations and other markings on chemiluminescent and radioisotope-labeled substrate materials (e.g., transfer membranes, dried gels, genomic and proteomic matrices, etc.) being analyzed by X-ray film autography or electronic imaging. The unique marker delivers a phosphor-containing ink through a fine point porous nib. Before exposure to X-ray film, the phosphorescent writing is excited by room light. A phosphor ink having an optimum concentration of phosphor and a relatively short afterglow halflife (approximately 2-3 minutes) has been selected so that upon exposure to X-ray film, autographic exposures of almost any duration will be easily readable on the film. The fine point nib is easily replaceable if it dries out.
Fine-Point Phosphorescent Marking Pen for Laboratory Autography
- Fine Point Nib- Provides fine writing and greater information density
- Specially Designed- Ideal glow intensity and afterglow duration helps prevent over-andunder exposure
- No Ink Clogs- Low ink viscosity and porous nib prevents ink from clogging
