myTemp 65L

The myTemp 65 Incubator is designed to provide accurate and uniform temperature control from 0 to 60°C. The broad temperature range of the instrument expands the use of this incubator to both heating and cooling applications.

A large, digital display allows for visualization of the chamber temperature and the remaining incubation time, while an internal light is included for improved visualization of the chamber. In addition, a built in, internal outlet can be used to provide power to small instruments, such as shakers, rockers, etc.
With forced air technology and stainless steel inner construction, uniform heat transfer is ensured throughout the internal chamber. When set for sub-ambient temperatures, the powerful compressor is activated, quickly cooling the chamber to the desired temperature.


With an exterior height of 39 inches (100cm), the incubator is designed to be floor-standing, yet is also compact enough for bench-use. (Not recommended for use on benchtops taller than 32"/81cm). The instrument is supplied with two, adjustable height shelves, while additional shelves can also be purchased separately (item: H2365-SH).

The SSI3 has a transparent hood that lifts up via a hydraulic system so it will function in tight places. All of our shaking incubators feature stainless steel interiors which provide excellent durability and an easy-to-clean surface. Each unit has an easy-to-read LED display. The rotation platform is included with each unit and is self-centering for easy installation.

All major functions  temperature, RPM and time  have alarms that alert the user to deviations from set parameters. Overtemperature protection is provided via a safety thermostat. Digital keypad operation offers the ability to calibrate the temperature controller to a reference thermometer.

The published temperature variation is derived from the maximum deviation of the thermocouple located nearest the chamber geometric center during the entire test period and divide by 2. (i.e.24.0°C min and 25.0°C max would be a variation of ± 0.5°C) Testing is based on 23.0°C, 50% RH ambient conditions and performed with type T-24 Ga. thermocouples with 1.0oz. brass slug attached. Note figures exclude defrost periods when operating at or below 2°C. Data may vary if; ambient conditions change, product load is added or other changes cause interference to chamber airflow.

Model LI20P B.O.D. Thermoelectric Cooled Incubator, 19.3 cu.ft. (300 Bottle) Capacity. Using innovative thermoelectric cooling technology, the LI20P eliminates the need for a refrigeration compressor. This means that these units use 78% less power than alternative models and reduce room air conditioning loads by 75%. They also include 75-pound capacity shelves, which eliminates sagging. These incubators meet APHA specifications for Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and include a mechanical convection system to ensure even air distribution, digital temperature set controller, over temperature limit control, and a digital temperature display.

Designed for simultaneous heating and mixing of small samples, the VorTemp 1550 is supplied with interchangeable platforms for standard 15ml and 50ml conical tubes. Maximum capacity is 8 x 50mL or 18 x 15mL. Temperature in the VorTemp 1550 is adjustable over a broad range, making the unit useful for a variety of applications, including bacterial cultures and digestions. Mechanical convection provides a uniform and stable environment within the chamber. The VorTemp 1550 may also be used in the cold room for subambient applications.


Shaking speed as well as acceleration rates are adjustable. Acceleration can be set to three different levels to protect delicate samples.


A microprocessor controls all parameters including temperature and timed operation. Self-diagnostic software continuously monitors the unit for proper temperature and shaking speed, alerting the user to any errors. Heating and shaking are controlled by feedback loops which precisely maintain chosen parameters, independent of load or voltage fluctuations.


The sturdy construction of the VorTemp 1550 gives it stability during high speed shaking. The chamber is insulated to maintain temperature and reduce operating noise.
