These freezer boxes are designed to hold 1.5 mL and 2.0 mL tubes and some 1.2 mL cryo-vials. Convenient hinged lid and snap-lock closure make these boxes very versatile in any lab. Alpha numeric labeled grid makes identifying contents simple. Indented lids can be labeled. Autoclavable (122°C) and freezable(-80°C). Made of polypropylene.

U-Pette Blood Collection Tube Dispenser

Labcon’s U-Pette provides a quick and easy way to dispense blood into a test cassette without removing the cap from the collection tube. This greatly reduces the risk of infection due to aerosol exposure. U-Pette’s flexible sides allow for efficient and precise delivery of required sample amount, whether it’s one droplet or continuous flow dispensing. Labcon’s U-Pette fits all standard blood collection tubes and is ideal for use with many point of care analyzers such as the Abbott® i-Stat® Helena® Abrazo® and other POC Analyzers that requires the delivery of a sample to a test cartridge or cassette.
Compliant with the IVD Directive 98/79/EC and lot tested Endotoxin (Pyrogen) Free.

Security Cups for Urine or Specimen Collection

These security containers are designed to provide secure and reliable tamper-proof seals for specimens in transit or storage. After specimen collection the screw cap is tightened first by hand, then by the special wrench, which engages teeth on the lids rim to create a locked and leak-proof seal. To access the specimen for testing procedures, large or small sample spouts may be cut with scissors or pierced with a syringe. Spouts can be resealed with the large or small plugs and returned to storage for further testing. The impact-resistant, durably constructed, and pressure-resistant seal offers excellent protection during handling and transport. Made of non-reactive polyethylene resin.

Labcon® Zap™ Slik Aerosol Filter Pipette Tips - Refill Lid
ZAP™Slik Aerosol filter Pipette Tips from Labcon combine the higher standard of ZAP™ filters with our own unique low retention pipette tips. These aerosol tips provide you with complete protection from sample carry-over at the same time they reduce sample retention. Incorporating a robotically inserted 10 μm filter with a sponge-like porous pathway ZAP™Slik tips have such a small pore they even block fluids in the unlikely event that you should over-pipette. And our SuperSlik®; polypropylene increases the hydrophobicity of tips surfaces, so they have up to 10 times less fluid retention. ZAP™Slik Aerosol Filter Pipette Tips have been proven in independent studies to block aerosol contamination. But unlike some leading brands of self-sealing aerosol resistant pipette tips they have no cellulose gum, toluene solvent, or colored dyes in the filter to mix with and contaminate your sample. Also, unlike self-sealing aerosol tips ZAP™ tips can be autoclaved in a steam autoclave. And ZAP™ tips will not wick fluids like cellulose filled aerosol resistant tips so you don't have to worry about how you hold your pipettor. Our ZAP™ tips in sterile racks, like all our other sterile products, receive valid sterilization processing compliant with ISO 11137. So unlike "pre-sterile" tips from other pipette tip suppliers you can use ZAP™Slik tips for diagnostic and regulated procedures.
