SuperSpin® microcentrifuge tubes were designed with the ability to extract DNA from samples and then amplify that DNA with reliable results in mind.  They can be trusted to spin at high rates and can be opened and closed easily many times to add or remove agents.  The interior surfaces are ultra-smooth with low retention.  The tubes are clear enough to be use in spectrophotometers and have no extractables at the wavelength ranges you use to detect DNA. SuperSpin®Â microcentrifuge tubes are more than twice as effective at transmitting light than most brands of micro centrifuge tubes.
