PR1MA β - Agarase

 

PR1MA β - Agarase has a high tolerance to inhibitors in electrophoretic buffers such as TBE and TAE, eliminating the need to perform a buffer exchange step before digestion. PR1MA β - Agarase has higher thermal stability than other commercially available β - agarases, with a broad range of activity between 42°C and 50°C. Higher temperature digestion reduces the chances of residual agarose gelling at the end of the reaction, resulting in higher recovery of DNA or RNA.

These high-temperature autoclavable bags are manufactured from heavy-gauge polypropylene material that withstands autoclaving at temperatures up to 134C (270F). Their ability to contain is completely unaffected at standard autoclave temperature (121C).

Each bag has an oversized white marking panel, suitable for use with all types of permanent markers. They are also prominently marked with the words “Hazardous Waste” and the standard “Biohazard” symbol, conforming to the OSHA standard (29CFR1910.1030).

Designed to resist stretching and poking, these bags are extremely pliable, leak-resistant and have seamless bottoms for exceptional strength and integrity. Both sizes (12×26 inch and 24×32 inch) are available in clear or opaque “biohazard” red color.
