Ideal for the culturing of non-adherent cells, the Incu-Shaker™ CO2 Mini combines a precision CO2 incubation chamber with an integral orbital shaker, providing the optimum conditions for suspension cell culture.
With our unique and proprietary heat distribution technology, the incubator provides the highest levels of temperature accuracy with minimal fluctuation (within 0.1°C). The six-side heating system in combination with a low-speed internal fan uniformly spreads air throughout the stainless steel chamber (without air exchange from the external environment). For applications requiring solely gravity convection, this internal fan can be disabled, significantly reducing the concern of sample-to-sample contamination.
A beltless motor drive provides a horizontally circular shaking motion at a consistent 19 mm orbit. The included platform (9.5 x 11.5 in.) can be used for low-speed shaking of a variety of laboratory vessels, including Erlenmeyer flasks, culture plates, and media bottles. For high-speed mixing, a patented MAGic Clamp™ platform is available that allows for magnetic attachment of flask clamps and tube racks.

Precise CO2 Concentration Using New IR Sensor Control Technology
Haier Biomedical's new IR Sensor technology uses DIR measurement principles and withstands high temperatures of 190ºC. The silicon MEMS transmitter can carry out more than 300 dry heat sterilization cycles to extend the service life to 15 years. Built-in temperature and humidity compensation technology reduces the impact of changes of humidity and temperature without the need for calibration after the high-temperature sterilization. The five-point calibration yields a higher measuring accuracy and sensitivity with less drift.
Fast Environment Recovery for Optimal Cell Growth
Adopting active airflow control technology, and based on the fuzzy PID control principle, the parameters can be restored without overshoot. After opening the door for 30 seconds, the temperature and CO2 concentration can be quickly restored within 4 minutes. Even if multiple users share a CO2 incubator and frequently open and close the door, the stability and uniformity of the incubator can be ensured.
180ºC Dry-Heat Sterilization Technology Minimizes Contamination
Easy and effective sterilization of microorganisms including bacteria, fungi, and micro plasma with strong resistance, at 180°C high temperatures without the need for consumables. Simply press the “sterilization key” to activate and complete the sterilization process automatically in just 12 hours. Delivers sterility level within the chamber of all surfaces to meet WS/T367-2012 standards. All components are sterilized during the process, there is no need to dissemble internal components (including CO2 sensors) and decontaminate separately, thus avoiding secondary pollution.
Anti-Condensation Heating System to Reduce Pollution Risk
The door on the CO2 incubator radiates heat to the inner glass door, effectively preventing the glass door from forming condensation. The possibility of microbial contamination caused by the condensate water is eliminated.
Intelligent Control of Circulating Air Maintains Uniformity
Automatically adjusts the circulation of the airflow, optimizing the airflow to avoid air volatilization of samples and ensuring proper uniformity throughout the chamber.
Comprehensive Safety Alarm System
The system ensures the safety of experiments and processes by utilizing an independent temperature alarm system, including a sound light and remote reminder. Other alarms include CO2 concentration, door ajar, and water shortage.
LC-8 Compact Centrifuge
LC-8 series of laboratory centrifuges is uniquely designed to meet a wide range of applications in both the clinical and research laboratory. An eight-position rotor is included and designed to directly accept 10 mL and 15 mL test tubes (conical or round bottom). At the same time, optional adapters are also available for use with all popular sizes of blood collection and culture tubes. Unlike most compact centrifuges in this class, the rotor can be easily removed from the chamber for cleaning.
The back-lit, liquid crystal display provides full control over the set run time and rotational speed. The rotational speed can be set/viewed in rpm or rcf and acceleration/deceleration levels can be easily adjusted in the advanced settings mode.
