PurePlus® Deep Well Plates
Labcon’s PurePlus® Deep Well Plates are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of RNase, DNase, ATP, and endotoxins. With our in-house microbiology lab, consistency is a top priority.
Available in sterile and non-sterile formats, these plates fit most popular instruments and can be sealed with sealing films or reusable silicone mats. Barcoding is available for both 1.2 mL and 2.2 mL plates by special order.
Ultra Clean & Ultra Clear
PurePlus® plates feature molded-in orientation and permanent printed locating grids for ease of use. They are available in multiple formats: 96 well square hole with conical or flat bottom, 96 well round hole with round bottom, and 384 well square hole.
With volumes ranging from 0.2 mL to 2.5 mL, our plates are offered in non-sterile and validated medical-grade sterile versions, sterilized to an SAL of 10^-6 in compliance with ISO 11137.
The 1.2 mL and 2.2 mL volumes include three-sided alpha-numeric labeling grids, and their smooth interior surfaces ensure efficient pipetting. Designed for manual or robotic handling, these plates are SBS formatted for compatibility with automated systems.
Additional Features
Made from 100% virgin polypropylene, PurePlus® plates are autoclavable and freezable. Unlike "pre-sterile" products from other manufacturers, our sterile plates are fully validated for diagnostic and regulated procedures.

Ultra Clear and Ultra Clean
PurePlus® Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) consumables are made without additives so you don't need to wonder what is different about the plates, tubes, or strips you are using this week. We also test every batch for contamination by Human DNA as well as the more common tests that other suppliers offer for RNase and DNase enzymes. Many of our plates are printed with black alpha numeric reference grids to make it easier for you to keep track of your samples. We also offer optically clear caps and opaque black or white plates for Real Time PCR. And we also offer re-usable silicone sealing mats and polypropylene sealing film. Labcon PurePlus® PCR tubes, strips and plates are designed to fit many popular thermocyclers including brands like Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Thermo Scientific, and Bio Rad. All our PCR disposables are made from 100% virgin polypropylene and are lot tested and certified to be free of RNase, DNase, and Human DNA. Autoclavable. Our pure resin consumables are available in strips, individual tubes, plates in clear natural or colors.PurePlus® sterile disposables, like all our other sterile products, receive valid sterilization processing compliant with ISO 11137. Hoefer® Standard Format Glass Plates for Vertical Systems
Standard format glass plates are for SE660, SE600X Chroma, SE600, SE640, SE410, and SE400 Vertical Gel Electrophoresis Units.
Run as many as four 0.75, 1.0, or 1.5 mm thick gels on SE600 Series units and two gels on the SE400 Series at one time under identical conditions using the double gel capacity Divider Plates. Insert a divider plate between the glass plates that make up a single gel sandwich. Place spacers on each side of the divider plate to form two gel cavities for pouring gels. This two gel “club sandwich” fits into the same casting stand and seals perfectly.

Dramatically reduces glass plate loss due to chipping and cracking. Each holder can hold either ten 18 cm wide plates in the long direction or twenty 8 cm wide plates in the short direction. The adaptor can be placed in three different slots, labeled to refer to the length of the plates: 8, 10, or 12 cm.

Adjustable Well Plate Stand
