BiOptic Qsep₁₀₀™ Bio-Fragment Analyzer

The Qsep₁₀₀™ instrument is comprised of a capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE) core integrated with a high-sensitivity LED-induced fluorescence (LEDIF) detector and a 1-to-96 well auto-sampler. The replaceable gel-cartridge automatically regenerates the capillary gel between runs and can be used for up to 200 sample injections providing robust and superior results for all kinds of molecular genetic analysis applications.

Qsep400™ has been designed for larger research and clinical laboratories, which have large sample volumes. The high-throughput system provides high-speed analysis and superior results for all kinds of molecular genetic analysis applications. It has the highest throughput in the Qsep™ family. The 4-channel instrument is designed as a 4-capillaries gel electrophoresis (CGE) system, integrated with a high sensitivity LED-induced fluorescence (LEDIF) detector with an easily replaceable 4-channel gel-cartridge and 96-well auto-sampler, which can analyze/detect four samples at the same time.
