Perkin Elmer's ATPlite simple and sensitive system is an excellent kit to determine cell number due to proliferation or toxicity. It effectively replaces the MTT assay and can be used instead of the 3H thymidine assays with additional analysis.
- Choose ATPlite (2 steps):
- Half-life> 4 hours
- Longest half - life = for batch processing of samples
- 2 step system with separate lysis and detection steps
