Glow Writer is a fine-point phosphorescent ink marking pen for making experimental notations and other markings on chemiluminescent and radioisotope-labeled substrate materials (e.g., transfer membranes, dried gels, genomic and proteomic matrices, etc.) being analyzed by X-ray film autography or electronic imaging. The unique marker delivers a phosphor-containing ink through a fine point porous nib. Before exposure to X-ray film, the phosphorescent writing is excited by room light. A phosphor ink having an optimum concentration of phosphor and a relatively short afterglow halflife (approximately 2-3 minutes) has been selected so that upon exposure to X-ray film,autographic exposures of almost any duration will be easily readable on the film. The fine point nib is easily replaceable if it dries out.

Radtape's phosphorescent, adhesive labels may be cut to the specific size and shape needed for each individual membrane, dried gel or microarray. An ordinary pen may be used to mark the label using the investigator's own codes and symbols. The custom label may then be peeled from its backing and affixed to the membrane, gel or microarray. Once placed against film, Radtape exposes a negative image of the markings directly onto the autorad, thus producing a permanent record of the experiment. Immunohistochemistry Staining Trays
Application
The AT-12 Immunohistochemistry Staining Tray has been designed for immunohistochemistry slide staining in the lab. The 12-slide unit has an integrated dual well design reservoir to hold water below the slides when humidity is needed. The AT-12 is constructed entirely of solid black cast acrylic to block all light from the stained slides. Additional applications include microscopy, cytology, and hematology. Tray can be placed inside 37° C incubator.

Durable Construction
