This unit is durably constructed with seamless welds and strong bracing. All SHEL LAB vacuum ovens are built with a stainless steel chamber for exceptional durability. We use solid brass vacuum valves with Teflon seats to prevent leaks. Our double plenum design meets CE safety requirements resulting in a cool outer surface.
The doors on these units have positive latch handles with spring-loaded glass to facilitate a good vacuum seal without hinge binds that shorten the gasket life. A selection of gaskets (for specific applications) and a small bench top footprint increase the versatility of these ovens.
SHEL LAB was the first to bring square vacuum ovens to the industry and we continue to offer innovative, top-of-the-line vacuum ovens. Our unique cross-flow ventilation forces inert gas to fill the entire chamber. To achieve required vacuum levels, users can choose from a 3/8 inch orifice or a KF25 fitting to withstand heavy use and minimize draw-down time. Maximum permitted end vacuum is 10 µ. Leak rate is 10 µ per hour.
The SHEL LAB Vacuum Ovens are equipped with silicone gaskets. While these gaskets resist a wide variety of temperatures and pressures, they can breakdown in the presence of solvents and acids. For solvent applications, we recommend using Buna gaskets. For acidic applications, we recommend using Fluorosilicone or Viton® gaskets.

The CE Oven Series incorporates the Sure Load shelf system, triple wall construction, easy to read microprocessor controls. Adjust the air exhaust from the chamber without putting your fingers near the heat source. Even at temperatures of 225°C the outer skin of this unit meets all CE requirements, meaning your application will stay hot but your workspace will not. The CE series ovens are CE approved.
This gravity convection oven provides a degree of uniformity comparable to most forced air ovens on the market. The 99 min 59 hr digital timer has an independent control so its use is optional. Once the timer expires the power is cut to only the heating elements. The CE family is our lastest installment of a product of Constant Thinking.

Our high strength glass bottles are available in many size configurations to suit various hybridization applications efficiently. Manufactured of low beta emitting borosilicate, they reduce exposure to radioactivity. Exposure is further limited by the leak proof closure system.

Cell cultures depend on optimized growth conditions in order to thrive. With precise temperature and CO2 control, Benchmark's SureTherm™ Incubators provide the perfect environment for your cultures. All SureTherm™ Incubators feature a proprietary heat distribution system that combines six-sided heating with a low speed internal fan. Air is circulated uniformly throughout the chamber without air exchange from the external environment. This results in a controlled, protected environment with minimal temperature fluctuations (within 0.1°C). Two chamber volumes are available – 45 L and 180 L. The 180 L model also includes options for high heat decontamination, a split glass door and oxygen gas control.
These are the first and only incubators with the optional (patent pending) IncuView™ LCI (Live Cell Imaging) technology for viewing cells in "real time". An internal microscope and large, external display allow cells to be viewed without removal from the incubator, eliminating the inherent temperature fluctuations and risk of contamination. Cells are easily viewed on the large, integrated display or viewed locally or remotely with a Wi-Fi enabled phone, tablet or computer. Cell viewing requires the IncuView™ Integrated Microscope Shelf.

Benchmark CO2 Incubators

With our unique and proprietary heat distribution technology, the Benchmark ST Series of CO2 incubators provide the highest levels of temperature accuracy with minimal fluctuation (within 0.1°C). The six-side heating system, in combination with a low-speed internal fan, uniformly spreads air throughout the chamber (without air exchange from the external environment). The chamber walls are constructed of high grade (316) stainless-steel, and all corners are rounded, preventing the accumulation of dirt/debris.
For added security, all models feature an internal alarm to alert the user if the CO2 percentage changes, or the temperature fluctuates by more than 1°C from the set point. In addition, a quick-cal calibration button allows for quickly adjusting the chamber temperature to match that of a properly calibrated external thermometer.
Two series (standard and PLUS) are each available in 45L and 180L chamber sizes. PLUS models include advanced programming for high heat decontamination (at 125°C), a unique split inner glass door for access to the chamber without exposing it fully to the external environment and programmable humidity percentage, up to 95%.

The BINDER CB series CO2 incubator is the premium class among the CO2 incubators. It is suitable for all sensitive incubation applications and ensures optimal cell growth. A BINDER CB series CO2 incubator can perform complex cultivation experiments as well as specific environmental conditions.
CO2 incubators with hot air sterilization and heat sterilizable CO2 sensor
The Binder CB series is a world first! Fitted with a sterilizable CO2 sensor, the incubator meets the highest of standards when it comes to sample safety and cell growth. While C series CO2 incubators have been designed with standard laboratory applications in mind, the BINDER CB comes highly recommended for the incubation of delicate cells, providing optimum growth conditions for cell cultures.
Just like the C series units, the CO2 incubators in the CB series have the option of automatic sterilization with hot air at 180 °C. Plus, they have a heat sterilizable CO2 sensor with infrared technology and come with a double-pan humidification system with condensation protection. The units feature tightly sealed inner doors made of tempered safety glass and a lockable door handle, guaranteeing maximum safety conditions for work in the laboratory.
CO2 incubators with a patented humidity management system
CB series CO2 incubators have a patented humidity management system. The Permadry double-pan humidity system provides active humidity limitation that keeps even the interior walls dry. What's more, evaporation is kept to a minimum thanks to the high humidity.
These CO2 incubators are incredibly user-friendly, with the option to control all of the key parameters at once using the operating panel. Measured values are recorded continually and can be exported as data sets with ease via USB. Navigation is straightforward and intuitive.
