AlumaSeal® 96™ provides a secure seal for 96-well raised-rim and non-skirted PCR plates to minimize evaporation, reduce cross-contamination and prevent spillage. 

• Certified DNase- & RNase- free
• Ideal for use with 384-well and deep-well plates (or select AlumaSeal® 96™ for smaller cut for raised-rim and non-skirted PCR plates.)
• Features one end-tab with no perforation
• Pierceable with a pipet tip or robotic probe for direct sample recovery
• Large cut allows for easier positioning of the foil to the plate via edge of plate alignment vs. centering

Designed to Facilitate Air and CO2 Exchange. AeraSeal™ features a hydrophobic, gas permeable membrane with a medical grade, non-cytotoxic adhesive. The porous membrane consists of layers of heat welded rayon fibers.

SealPlate® SealMate™ Rolls

For Fast and Efficient Microplate Sealing. The SealMate SealPlate Starter Kit features a re-usable dispenser and two rolls of perforated film.
 
The dispenser facilitates the quick and easy dispensing of film from a roll allowing microplates to be sealed three times faster than using sheeted films. Cost-effective replacement rolls are sold separately. Ideal for use under the hood; the SealMate dispenser minimizes film contamination.

• Environmentally friendly; no paper liner to remove and discard; utilizes approximately 72% less material than SealPlate sheeted film
• Each sheet is separated by an adhesive-free, perforated, color-coded green band
• The smooth lower surface of the dispenser can be used to seal the film to the plate
• Dispenser protects unused seals from contamination
• Lower support prop prevents dispensing bill from contacting surfaces to prevent contamination
• Replacement rolls can be easily installed by releasing the locking clasps on the dispenser

General Purpose Sealing Film

• Features good chemical resistance
• Provides a very secure seal to minimize evaporation, but is slightly harder to remove than SealPlate films
• Less rigid polypropylene film reduces aerosols upon removal
• Specially formulated adhesive minimizes plate residue
• Can be used as a temporary seal while awaiting further processing

SealPlate® Sealing Film

Industry Standard for Sample Protection.
 
SealPlate® minimizes evaporation, prevents well-to-well contamination and spillage. Eliminates the “edge effect” which can occur with plate lids (e.g. greater evaporation in the outside plate wells).

• Provides a secure seal and is easy to remove
• Rigid polyester film features good clarity and easy handling
• Can be used as a temporary economical seal while awaiting further processing
• Features two end-tabs with perforations
