Individual tubes with attached domed caps minimize evaporation especially when used with small sample volumes, in thermal cyclers with heated lids, or older units. Â Achieve even and precise thermal transfer while minimizing evaporation with our 0.2ml, attached dome cap tubes. Â The domed cap design is to assist condensate to re-enter the reaction mixture and gain contact with heated lids for improved heat transfer.
Precision molded as a single part creates parts with uniform fit and reduce sample evaporation. Â Tubes with attached caps are regularly quality tested for evaporation rates and must exhibit less than 3% sample loss.
Individual tube volumes
Recommended for low throughput applications, these tubes are designed to fit all standard 0.2mL block thermal cyclers. Â Each tube is joined to a cap, their thin and consistent wall thickness optimizes heat transfer to maximize yield.

Scintillation Vials
High quality scintillation vials available in three sizes to satisfy a range of applications. Designed to provide consistently low background counts and are suitable for low activity counting. The smaller sizes are very economical to use since they require smaller quantities of solvent.
The 20 mL Scintillation Vial has multiple uses in scintillation counting, gamma counting, chromatography, sample storage and culturing. Because of its leak-tight cap it is also commonly used to store and transport histological specimens in 10% formalin. This scintillation vial provides a high degree of resistance to organic solvents and sufficient translucence so that reagent levels can be easily seen. The unique thread design of the closure permits the vial to be sealed tight with an easy 1/4 turn and with minimum pressure.
The 6.5 mL Scintillation Vials are securely sealed by simply snapping the caps on. The cap is conveniently removed with an easy 1/4 turn to the left.
The 4 mL Polyethylene Scintillation Vial uses a full turn polypropylene screw cap. This small volume scintillation vial is the most economical size to use because it requires the least amount of solvent.

Radtape's phosphorescent, adhesive labels may be cut to the specific size and shape needed for each individual membrane, dried gel or microarray. An ordinary pen may be used to mark the label using the investigator's own codes and symbols. The custom label may then be peeled from its backing and affixed to the membrane, gel or microarray. Once placed against film, Radtape exposes a negative image of the markings directly onto the autorad, thus producing a permanent record of the experiment. Choose RadTape Plus for a heavy duty, water-proof alternative to RadTape.
These optically clear polyester films are ideally suited for Real Time PCR (qPCR). They feature an inert, ultra-clear, and strong encapsulated silicone adhesive that provides extraordinary performance in real-time PCR applications.
Encapsulated silicone greatly reduces the risk of sample contamination due to exposure to adhesive. Once the film is pressed onto the plate, the raised portion of the well penetrates the encapsulation and a tight seal is formed on just that surface (not over the sample). This silicone seal adheres aggressively and diminishes the possibility of "Edge Effect".
The plasticized backing of this film is scored on both ends to allow for two handed (precise) placement on the plate. Both film and adhesive maintain incredible clarity and are the choice for highly demanding manual and automated processes.
