Excel™ Electronic Pipettes are multifunctional units with operational modes for standard and reverse pipetting as well as multiple and sequential pipetting, mixing of samples, and serial dilutions. All functions are easily programmed with one hand on the well-positioned display and keypad. A fully motorized piston drive and auto-calibration guarantee excellent accuracy and reproducibility. A removable, rechargeable lithium-ion battery ensures many hours of performance between charges.

The body of the pipette has been designed to fit comfortably in the right or left hand. Along with being lightweight, the unit is also well-balanced. The plunger button, located on the back side of the instrument, requires just a small movement of the index finger to activate, reducing the risk of Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI). The tip ejector slides easily with slight pressure from the thumb.

A small, rechargeable, lithium-ion battery powers the Excel™. A complete charge is achieved in just eight hours and last for 2,000 pipetting cycles. To ensure that a fresh battery is always available, a stand-alone charger and extra batteries are available. Also available is a 3-position linear stand for up to three single or multichannel pipettes and a carousel stand for up to six single or multichannel pipettes.

The Wheaton OmniSpense ELITE and UniSpense PRO are intelligent peristaltic pumps for all your dispensing needs. Whether you are making sterile liquid trasnfers to and from containers or filling vials or titer plates, these pumps will simplify and accelerate your laboratory output.

The systems are operated via a large 5" backlit liquid crystal display and chemical resistant keypad. The Labmax™ bottle top dispenser has been developed through extensive testing and input from end users. The result is an easy to use system with a variety of important features.

Spill Prevention Feature

The unique closed circuit air purging system allows air and bubbles to be eliminated from the dispenser without loss of valuable reagent. The reagent "guard valve" prevents accidental discharge of reagent when the dispenser is not in use. A simple turn of the operations mode selector activates this safety feature. Eliminating the need for discharge tube caps. The exclusive Integrated Swivel Neck allows the discharge tube to be turned 360° for convenient dispensing without affecting the connection to the bottle.

Locking Rocker Switch

The Dispensers are fully autoclavable to 121°C for sterilization. The Labmax™ can be disassembled quickly and easily for thorough cleaning. The Dispensette^® S Trace Analysis is the next generation bottletop dispenser for precise volume dispensing of high-purity media for trace analysis. It is especially suited for dispensing acids, bases and hydrogen peroxide in the volume range from 1 to 10 mL. The components of the fluid path have been selected to only contain the highest purity materials, such as fluoroplastics and sapphire. The result is a trace metal content of dispensed liquid generally in the low ppb range, or even in the low ppt range, depending on the application. Both platinum-iridium and tantalum valve springs are available for application compatibility.
