For cultivating a variety of non-fastidious organisms.
Dissolve 23 g in one liter of distilled water. Heat the solution to a boil with continuous stirring for one minute. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Mix the medium with gentle agitation to avoid bubbles prior to pouring plates. Store at room temperature.

Simply dissolve 1 capsule per 1 Liter of distilled water. Water must be
37°C or warmer to completely dissolve gelatin capsule. Agitate. Sterilize
by autoclaving for 15 minutes before use. Buffer is set for 7.2 at 20°C
using a 10mM solution of Tris/Tris HCl. pH will vary depending on
temperature.
For maintenance and propagation of E. Coli. High Salt Formula. Molecular

growth. Produces higher cell densities resulting in greater yields of DNA

Produced by Streptomyces verticillus and part of the structurally related group of Bleomycin/Phleomycin type antibiotics. In Vitro studies indicate that Phleomycin causes the accumulation of cells in the G2 phase of the cell cycle.
