High salt formula. Molecular Biology Grade. For maintenance and propagation of E. Coli.

Now available in convenient pre-measured and pre-mixed capsules. Prebuffered media eliminates messy weighing and pH adjustments.

Simply dissolve 25 capsules per 1 Liter of distilled water. Water must be 37°C or warmer to completely dissolve gelatin capsule. Agitate. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes before use. Buffer is set for 7.0 ± 0.2 at 25°C using a 10mM solution of Tris/Tris HCl. pH will vary depending on temperature.

ZAP™ Slik Aerosol filter Pipette Tips from Labcon combine the higher standard of ZAP™ filters with our own unique low retention pipette tips. These aerosol tips provide you with complete protection from sample carry-over at the same time they reduce sample retention.
