The ABT-HC-RFC20A is a reliable 20 Cu. Ft. general-purpose refrigerator and freezer combination unit, designed for non-critical cold storage applications in laboratories, medical facilities, research environments, and industrial settings. With a 15 Cu. Ft. refrigerator and a 5 Cu. Ft. freezer, this dual-temperature system offers efficient, environmentally responsible refrigeration using natural hydrocarbon (R600a) refrigerants, which are compliant with EPA/SNAP and UL/ASHRAE regulations.
This unit features analog dial thermostats for both compartments, making it ideal for general-purpose use where precise temperature control and alarm systems are not required. The freezer compartment operates between -15°C to -10°C and includes an auto-defrost system, which reaches approximately 0°C during defrost cycles to efficiently remove frost and ice.
*Please note: auto-defrost functionality includes an evaporator heater, which may cause temporary internal temperature increases during cycles.
The ABT-HC-RFC20A includes two probe access ports (3/8 In. diameter), allowing users to install optional external temperature monitoring probes for added flexibility.

With the Combo Magnetic Separation Rack one can process either 3 x 50 ml volume conical tubes with DNA or RNA samples or 3 x 15 ml volume conical tubes with nucleic acids. The use of magnetic separation devices is essential in any paramagnetic bead-based DNA and RNA purification process. Traditionally, magnetic separation devices are not optimized for manual use and most require electrically powered liquid handling systems. MagBio Genomics offers a set of magnetic separation devices equipped with strong magnets for a powerful and fast separation of magnetic beads from the solution. Our magnetic plates and stands are optimized for manual laboratory bench operations involved in magnetic-bead based nucleic acid purification workflows, and allow for an accelerated separation in less than 30 seconds, what reduces operation times and increases the purity of sample DNA and RNA, as no magnetic particles are left in the sample solution.

General Purpose Standard Dual Temp Combination
The General Purpose Dual Temperature units meets and exceeds the specifications of most general-purpose units and provides both refrigerator and freezer compartments and are provided with standard analog dial temperature thermostats. Units are intended for general purpose applications only where precise temperature control and maintenance are not essential and there are no requirements for temperature alarms.
