MyGo Pro ESR
The MyGo Pro real-time PCR instrument provides unmatched performance in a convenient format. Novel Full Spectrum Optics deliver 120 optical channels of fluorescence data from every tube in parallel, with no moving parts, for reliable multiplex PCR.
Precision And Performance
The MyGo Pro demonstrates superior intra-run and inter-run analytical precision in DNA quantification and melting point analysis.
Users can now address biological phenomena with subtle effects on gene expression, or pathogen levels, for example discriminating 10% differences in transcript concentrations.
For users performing HRM-based analysis of genetic variants, the combination of thermal control, optical data quality, and HRM data analysis of the MyGo Pro system provides compelling functionality. The system can discriminate all classes of SNP, including Class 4 SNPs via HRM.
Multiplex With Full Spectrum Optics
Novel Full Spectrum Optics provide 120 channels of wavelength-dependent optical data from every well every time. No other qPCR system offers this number of optical channels.
Full Spectrum Optics, combined with advanced matrix deconvolution technology, enable the simultaneous analysis of at least 7 different targets in a single reaction, each monitored with a different color of fluorescent label.
The MyGo Pro comes pre-calibrated for 20 different fluorescent labels, and the software enables users to use any dye with an emission maximum between 510nm and 750nm. No other qPCR system provides the user with this level of flexibility.
Easy Analysis
The MyGo Pro system comes with easy-to-use software, and robust, high-performance algorithms provide accurate results from complex data.
Automated analysis of complex HRM data makes this powerful technique more accessible to non-experts and minimizes operator-dependent variability in data analysis.
Automated report generation makes life easier for service providers, and users operating within GLP quality systems.
Reliability
The MyGo Pro has been designed to last, with very few moving parts, made and tested to exacting standards. The result is a highly reliable instrument, which comes with the option of a 5-year extended warranty.
Speed
With heating rates of 5°C per second and cooling rates of 4°C per second the MyGo Pro is one of the fastest systems available. No other system matches this speed with convenient-to-use disposables. STAT FAX 4200 Microplate Reader
The Stat Fax 4200 Microplate Reader is a compact, microprocessor-controlled, multi-purpose
photometer system designed to read and calculate the results of assays, which are read in 96
well microtiter plates or strip trays. The microplate reader may be used for in-vitro diagnostics. It is a user-programmable open system with selectable plate formatting, alphanumeric test naming, automatic interpretation options, duplicate well options, curve plotting and editing, flags and error messages from which the user can create a menu of pre-programmed assays for instant recall. This instrument is intended to be used as a stand-alone instrument without a PC but it has a connection in the event a user wishes to download results.
Stat Fax 4200 reads monochromatically (optional) or bichromatically (optional) and has two
models:
- Four-filter model (405, 450, 492, and 630 nm)
- Six-filter VIS model (405, 450, 492, 545, 600, and 630 nm)
Substitute filters in the range of 405 nm – 750 nm are available on special order
models.
Stat Fax 4200 accepts all standard microplates. Trays containing microstrips may also be read
whether they are 12 wells in length, 8 wells or even partial strips.
The software allows the operator to create, edit and store assays. Standard
curves are also stored in this memory. Test protocols remain stored until either changed or
deleted by the user.
TheStat Fax 4200’s optical system provides an economical and low maintenance design which reads 8 wells simultaneously. A 96 well plate can be read and printed in the absorbance mode in approximately ten seconds. Light from a lamp installed in a sealed light-tight compartment is filtered using a rotating filter wheel. The filtered light is then divided into 8 channels using a fiber optic bundle. The plate carrier precisely positions each row of 8 wells into the optical path for reading. Light passing through the 8 wells is directed to 8 photo-detectors. The filter wheel moves to a second position to read the 8 wells at a second wavelength. Using bichromatic differential absorbance values corrects for optical imperfections in the plastic wells and removes the effects of meniscus and turbidity.

The Prime Pro 48 real time PCR system is a new, high specification, economically priced real time thermal cycler from Techne. Made in the UK, the Prime Pro 48 features the highest thermal block uniformity and fastest run time of any block-based qPCR system on the market.
High thermal uniformity and validated sample volumes down to 5ul ensures Prime Pro 48 allows researchers to bring run times for an optimized 40 cycle reaction down to only 15 minutes. PCR efficiency relies on precise temperature control during the denaturation and annealing steps. For the highest accuracy, temperature must remain uniform across the plate, ensuring that all samples are processed equally. The unique thermal block design of Prime Pro 48 achieves this with a
unique heating and cooling system that quickly cycles from one temperature to the next and then achieves a uniform ±0.1°C in every well of the block within a fraction of a second of reaching each dwell temperature. No other block-based qPCR system can achieve similar performance.
The capacity of Prime Pro 48 accommodates a unique and economical 48-well PCR plate, the size of which is only 1/8 the size of a standard 96-well plate. The well format mirrors a 384-well plate therefore allowing the use of a 16-channel micropipette. The small plate cuts reagent costs in half whilst still producing a strong fluorescence signal. Minimizing the plate size also significantly improves thermal uniformity.

| Product Information | ||
| Labnet's MultiGene Mini is a compact and lightweight thermal cycler, but don't let its small size fool you. This cycler is packed with features typically found only on larger thermal cyclers. | ||
| Excellent accuracy and uniformity combine with fast ramping rates to provide quality results. An algorithm calculates sample temperature, based on Vol, to control heating and cooling of the block. This means that samples reach programmed temperatures quickly, without any overshoot or lagging. Powerful Peltier units provide ramping rates as fast as 5°C/second. | ||
| Programming the MultiGene Mini is simple and intuitive. The control pad combines function keys, a key pad and arrow keys for easy navigation and entering of parameters. The large graphical display is easy to read. In addition to the standard parameters of time and temperature, the software also allows for successive time and temperature increments and decrements (for touchdown amplification and auto-extension), auto-restart after a power failure, end of cycling elongation steps and extended soaks at 4°C. One hundred programs, each with up to nine segments, can be stored in memory. | ||
| The MultiGene Mini is available with either a 24 x 0.2 ml tube block or 18 x 0.5 ml tube block. Blocks are easily interchanged. Units come standard with an adjustable heated lid. The lid features a slip gear to provide proper compression to prevent sample evaporation without deforming the tubes. | ||
