The Isohelix DDK DNA Isolation Kit has been specifically formulated to produce high DNA yield from buccal swabs. The DDK-50 kits are fully optimised for use on buccal samples and offer reduced handling times and increased DNA yields together with many other important technical and practical benefits.

This is a multiplex PCR kit designed to show the presence and quality of human genomic DNA. The expected results from intact human genomic DNA are bands of 100bp, 200bp, 300bp, 400bp and 600bp together with an internal control band of 500bp derived from Lambda DNA. The presence of the 500bp band in the negative control demonstrates a successful amplification reaction has occurred.

GeneFix is an easy to use DNA saliva collecting system that stabilizes DNA long term in 2ml saliva samples. The collection device is pre-filled and has a simple screw-on funnel for simple saliva delivery, directly into the non toxic stabilization buffer.
FluidX tubes, used mostly for automation, include a 1 and 2D barcode.
The FluidX collection tube clearly indicates the volume of saliva required after which the funnel is removed and cap replaced. The unique funnel design prevents flow back, and the device is fully specified for sample transport and storage.

FDA Definition: Face mask is intended to be worn by general public or healthcare personnel. The mask covers the users face and mouth and may or may not meet fluid barrier or filtration efficiency levels. The device is subject to ED if labeling conditions outlined in the IIE guidance (https://www.fda.gov/regulatory-information/search-fda-guidance-documents/enforcement-policy-face-masks-and-respirators-during-coronavirus-disease-covid-19-public-health) are met, for the duration of the COVID-19 public health emergency.
We are working daily with our supply partners and logistics providers to address shortages & delays as they occur. Moreover, China is retaining significantly more PPE products for use within their country that were originally slated for export and policies are changing rapidly. There has also been changes to how the products are being packaged and shipped. Product that meets CDC certification may or may not be marked as “not for medical use.” This combination of factors may lead to delays and changes in manufacturing, labeling, packaging, and/or shipments of these select products that MIDSCI sources from China.
The evaluation for allocation, as goods are secured, will include multiple factors, most notably historical demand run rates. We are diligently working to find new sources to supplement our current suppliers and enhance our ability to fill orders.
