- Dissolve 40 grams in 1 liter distilled water
- Adjust pH to 7.2
- Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes

- Yeast: 5 g/L
- Sodium Chloride: 10g/L
- Agar: 15g/L

Nutritionally enriched medium for the growth of recombinant strains of E.
Coli and in the preparation and transformation of competent cells.
Material is specially granulated to reduce dust and increase solubility
rate.
Dissolve 31g in one liter distilled water. Heat solution to boiling with
continuous stirring. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Final pH@ 25°C: 6.8-7.2.
