X120 Series Compound Upright Microscopes

Engineered for classroom and clinical applications, the X120 series is equipped with high contrast objectives on a rugged, die-cast. The aluminum frame is designed for years of heavy use. Cast frame includes a carry handle for easy transportation with a built-in cord hanger for proper storage.

The Deutsche Industrial Normen (DIN) optical system and Plan Achromat lenses provide high-quality images with exceptional color reproduction. Coupled with the LED illumination, the sample can be viewed from edge to edge of the large field of view in either the binocular or trinocular photo version of the scope.

The scope has a focus travel limit stop to ensure that users do not accidentally crash the lenses into the sample, and the all-metal coaxial focus controls have user-adjustable tension to ensure smooth focus for each user.

For classroom use, all the components on the X120 are locked down and tamper-proof. In addition, the Mechanical XY stage is a rackless design, ensuring smooth sample movement, improved precision, enhanced stability, and a more durable life span.
