The GTD-1 decapper is a semi-automated system for safely and efficiently removing caps from primary blood and urine tubes. By using a simple yet effective design, the unit helps limit aerosol exposure commonly associated with the opening of blood tubes, finger injury due to broken glass and repetitive strain injury.
