PRO Scientific PRO25D Digital Homogenizer

The PRO Scientific PRO25D Digital Homogenizer is a compact yet powerful solution for precise sample processing. Featuring a bright LED display and user-friendly digital controls, this homogenizer allows you to fine-tune speeds from 0 to 30,000 RPM, ensuring accurate and consistent results across a wide range of applications.

Main Attributes

  • Processes volumes from 0.05 mL to 3.5 L*
  • Digital speed control with LED display for precision
  • Ideal for homogenizing, emulsifying, blending, and mixing
  • Includes U-shape stand assembly for stability
  • Made in the USA
  • 2-year warranty

The PRO25D is perfect for cell disruption, protein extraction, emulsions, suspensions, medical research, and pharmaceutical processing. Compatible with PRO generator probes (5 mm to 30 mm), this homogenizer can break down samples to nanoparticle levels as small as 1 micron. Built in small-batch production with rigorous testing, PRO homogenizers maintain a failure rate of less than 1%.

Generator Probes (sold separately)

Choose the right probe for your application. Standard quick-connect probes are crafted from 316 stainless steel and PTFE for durability. The flat-bottom probe is perfect for micro-tubes, while the saw-tooth probe provides high shear force for samples from micro-tubes to small beakers. For multiple sample processing, the Multi-Gen 7XL Probes offer cost-effective, repeatable homogenization without cross-contamination.

PRO Scientific Generator Probes

*Viscous samples will reduce max capacity. Adding a Deflector Head to your Probe will facilitate movement of your sample during homogenization and help increase max volume homogenization.

*Higher volumes depend on sample viscosity.
