AdvanceSeal™ Sealing Film offers high-performance sealing solutions for laboratory microplates, designed for use with automated roll format heat seal applicators. Available in two configurations, pierceable foil heat seal and peelable transparent heat seal, this film is ideal for demanding applications such as PCR, compound storage, and high-throughput screening.

Pierceable Foil Heat Seal

Engineered for automated workflows, the pierceable foil heat seal delivers a hermetic seal that protects sample integrity by being highly impermeable to light, gas, and moisture. Its non-adhesive design ensures that no residue is left on pipette tips, reducing the risk of cross-contamination.

Peelable Transparent Heat Seal

The peelable transparent heat seal provides superior evaporation protection and is easily removed without leaving residue, making it suitable for workflows that require easy sample access post-processing.
