The Z32 HK utilizes much of the technology of our popular Z326 series, with a larger and more powerful motor drive, providing increased speed up to 20,000 rpm (38,007 x g). With 16 available rotor options, the Z32 HK is not only ideal for high-speed separations, it would also be classified as a universal centrifuge, offering economy-angled and swinging bucket rotors for lower-speed applications.

Tubes from 0.2 mL up to 85 mL can be accepted, and rotors can quickly be exchanged without any required programming, utilizing the instant rotor identification system.

Despite an impressive capacity of up to 4 x 145 mL (or 6 x 85 mL), the Z32-HK is surprisingly compact. The refrigeration system is conveniently located behind the rotor chamber, resulting in a narrow design of less than 16 inches wide. Advanced microprocessor controls allow for instant rotor identification, which automatically converts the rotational speed to the relevant g-force (rcf), preventing the user from setting a speed above the capabilities of the installed rotor. In addition to retrieving saved programs, the easy-to-use front panel can adjust accel/decel rates, and change the end-of-run alarm tone.

The Z287-A exceeds the limitations set forth by traditional microcentrifuges which are restricted solely to fixed-angle rotors for microtubes. Instead, this compact, next-generation model features an expansive line of swing-out and fixed-angle rotors options that accept microplates and test tubes up to 50 mL. We have designed this centrifuge to be our most compact and economical. A true workhorse for any lab requiring a centrifuge that can accommodate many fields of research.

Along with a broad range of available rotor options, the Z287-A introduces a convenient status indicator. Users can easily view the current state of the centrifuge from across the room. The LED illuminates to signify if the rotor is spinning, the run is completed, or the centrifuge is idle in standby mode.

Advanced microprocessor controls allow for instant rotor identification, which automatically converts the rotational speed to the relevant g-force (rcf), preventing the user from setting a speed above the capabilities of the installed rotor. In addition to retrieving saved programs, the EZ-Scroll touch wheel front panel can adjust acceleration/deceleration rates and change the end-of-run alarm tone. The Spectrafuge™ 16M is the perfect, high-speed, compact microcentrifuge. A brushless, maintenance-free motor provides extremely fast acceleration and deceleration of the 18-place rotor and makes the Spectrafuge™ 16M the quietest microcentrifuge in its class.

Speed and time are set with the control knobs on the front panel of the unit. A "quick" button allows for momentary runs. A continuous flow of ambient air through the rotor chamber keeps the rotor and samples cool. For applications requiring sub-ambient temperatures, the Spectrafuge™ 16M can be operated in a cold room.

The Z207-A-CMB includes a convenient combination rotor that holds 4 x 15 mL and 4 x 50 mL tubes in the same rotor.
