ILP Round Well, Flat Bottom Assay Plates - 96

Our flat bottom 96-well assay plates are ideal for general (non-tissue culture) applications including microbiology, serology, and fluorescence assays.
Black plates are solid black and opaque in color with no transparency, quenching light, and limiting background autofluorescence. These plates allow for top-read measurements.
White plates are solid white and opaque in color with no transparency, maximizing signal strength and reflection. These plates allow for top-read measurements.
Natural plates allow for top-read or bottom-read measurements in the visible range. Made from high optic transmission grade polystyrene.
They come in standard 8 x 12 configuration and have molded-in alpha-numeric position markings. Each well offers a working volume of 200 uL.
- Made of polystyrene
- Uniform wall thickness
- Rigid automation-friendly design is compatible with stackers, grippers, heater/cooler blocks
- ANSI/SLAS 2004-1 (SBS) compliant footprint
- Assay plates are tested on a lot-to-lot basis to be RNase, DNase, and pyrogen free.
- Plates are available in sterile and non-sterile and non-treated.

ILP Round Well, Flat Bottom Assay Plates - 384

Our black flat bottom 384-well assay plates are ideal for general (non-tissue culture) applications including microbiology, serology, and fluorescence assays. Specially packaged sterile, individually wrapped, with a non-reversible clear polystyrene lid. These completely black, polystyrene, flat-bottom assay plates provide the best signal: noise ratio in top-read fluorescence.
Our white flat bottom 384-well assay plates are ideal for luminescence and applications seeking increased signal sensitivity. These completely white, polystyrene, flat-bottom assay plates were specifically designed for luminescence applications. The highly reflective solid white color boosts signal while reducing well-to-well crosstalk.
Our clear flat bottom 384-well assay plates are ideal for general (non-tissue culture) applications including microbiology, serology, and absorbance/colorimetric assays (400-900nm wavelength). Made from high optic transmission grade polystyrene, these clear flat bottom assay plates allow for top-read or bottom-read measurements in the visible range.
They come in standard 8×12 configuration and have molded-in alpha-numeric position markings. Each well offers a working volume of 110ul. The rounded corner well design eliminates capillary action that can occur with square-cornered plates.
Ultra-flat surfaces, sturdy design, and rigidity optimize our 384-well assay plates for consistent handling with a variety of automated platforms for high throughput workflows.
Plates are standardized to comply with ANSI/SLAS 2004-1 guaranteeing proper fit.

Krystal™ 2000 Plates
The premium polycarbonate Krystal™ 2000 plates have been optimized for luminescence and fluorescence assays. A proprietary manufacturing process provides for clear, individual wells in an opaque matrix. The special design of the plate eliminates well-to-well light cross-talk, improving the accuracy and precision of photometric readings.
Krystal™ 2000 plates are supplied in a 96 x 350 μL well format. Clear wells allow for measurements to be performed with both top and bottom reading instruments. The white matrix provides for maximum reflectivity, allowing high sensitivity luminescence assays. The black matrix absorbs light to minimize background interference in fluorometric assays. Plates are available as tissue culture-treated. The tissue culture plates are supplied in packages of 100.
- Unmatched accuracy and repeatability for fluorescence and luminescence assays
- Unique, individual clear well design eliminates cross talk, and allows for reading above or below wells
- Sleeved plates with lids are available for use in robotic systems
- 96-well format (350 µl well volume)
- Bar coding available
Plate Features:
- Certified DNAse/RNAse, and pyrogen-FREE
- For sample collection, in-vitro growth, or long-term storage
- Excellent chemical resistance
- Withstand temperatures down to -80°C
- Polypropylene, clear color
- Max RCF:
- 4,000 x g
IsoPlates have clear bottoms with opaque wells like ViewPlates, but are made by molding 96-clear wells, then molding a black or white frame around the clear wells. This makes the color extend to the same depth as the well base, reducing crosstalk in bottom reading assays. B&W Isoplates are also an option for assays which require amplification of signal and reduced crosstalk but not visualization. These plates have black frames with white, opaque wells. Available in 96-well format with a variety of treatment options.
Shallow-well 96-well black microplate for lower volume and increased sensitivity.
Krystal Plates are available for a variety of applications.
- Ideal for routine flourescence, luminescence and scintillation assays
- 384, 96 or 24 well format
- Clear well bottoms allow for reading above or below the plate
- Available tissue culture treated or high binding
- Sleeved plates with lids available for use in robotic systems
- Bar coding available
| The Krystal microplates are supplied white for lumines-cence/ fluorescence or black for fluorescence assays. Clear well bottoms allow for use with instruments that read above or below the plate. |
| Three formats are avaiable to meet a range of applica-tions: 384 x 120 µl/well, 96 x 350 µl/well and 24 x 3 ml/ well. All can be ordered tissue culture treated. The 24 well plates are also available with a high binding irradi-ated surface. |
