PR1MA™ 24 Well Half Deep Well Plates   
4-Well round polystyrene microplates with transparent bottom and lid (Porvair®).
The PR1MA™ Half Deep Well Plate - 24 is designed for specialized cell cultivation where minimal shear stress is essential. Manufactured from high-quality polystyrene, these microplates feature round wells with a transparent bottom and come with a polystyrene lid, making them ideal for applications such as Growth Profiler analysis and other optical measurements.
Each plate is individually sealed in polyethylene foil, sterilized by gamma irradiation, and non-autoclavable, intended for single-use only. These microplates are a preferred solution for culturing sensitive cells that may not tolerate the angular edges of square-well plates.
With a recommended culture volume of 1 mL (total well volume 3 mL), the PR-CR1424-F performs reliably under standard shaking conditions, 225 rpm with 50 mm orbit or 300 rpm with 25 mm orbit.
For optimal use, pair with Porvair® cover CR1324c and clamp CR1801h for secure sealing and improved cultivation consistency.

All BRANDplates cell culture plates are sterilized by Ã-radiation to ISO 11137 and AAMI guidelines for a SAL of 10-6, meeting the requirements of Ph. Eur. and the USP 29.
