RWD Single Cell Suspension Dissociators

Designed to help you quickly and gently dissociate fresh tissue into single-cell suspension with high cell viability or tissue homogenate, greatly increasing experimental repeatability. RWD Single-cell suspension dissociators use tissue processing tubes, tissue dissociation kits, and built-in optimization programs for preparing high-activity single-cell suspension and tissue homogenate. The preparation of single-cell suspension with high cell viability can be completed within 15-30 minutes, which makes the experiments more reproducible.

2 (DSC-200), 4 (DSC-410), or 8 (DSC-810) independent operating channels and heating jackets can automate the processes and improve the efficiency of tissue processing. Dissociators with heaters will save you from time-consuming water baths and improve efficiency. Moreover, all parameters can be adjusted in user-customized programs to process more tissue types.

Applications include compound toxicity evaluation, drug development process, single-cell sequencing, primary cell culture, fluorescence-activated cell sorting, cell therapy, flow cytometry.

Dissociate Tissues: human tumor, brain tumor, mouse or rat neural tissue, frozen tissue, spleen, lung, lamina propria, lymph gland, testicles or liver mouse adipose tissue, mouse epidermis, etc.

  • High quality: High viability and yield. Gentle dissociation protects cell surface epitopes.
  • High efficiency: Completes within 15-30 minutes. Multi-channels operate independently and quickly.
  • Standardization: Variety of default dissociation procedures that match with specialized accessories, reagents, and consumables.
  • Multi-applications: Meets a variety of downstream experiments. Multiple enzymatic digestion kits cover most tissues.
  • Easy Operation: User-friendly software with touch screen, one-touch to run preset processing programs or edit custom programs.
  • Independent working channels: Each channel can run different programs simultaneously. DSC-410 and DSC-810 can also be equipped with heating jackets to achieve automatic sample preparation.
  • Wide range of applications: Stable motor speed ranges from 0 to 4000 rpm, capable of single-cell suspension and tissue homogenate.
  • Flexible collocation of consumables and reagents: Customized tissue dissociation kits and tissue processing tubes can ensure cell viability and reduce experimental losses.

Benchmark™ BenchMasher™ 400 Paddle Blender

  • Contamination free mixing/homogenizing of samples
  • Touch screen control with variable mixing speed and temperature control
  • Adjustable stroke length
  • Built in UV light for chamber decontamination

The BenchMasher™ provides fast and effective mixing, ensuring consistent homogenization. It is ideal for preparation of samples were eliminating contamination is critical, such as pathogen and microbial detection in food and water filters. However, its use is not limited to those areas - the BenchMasher™ has applications anywhere larger solid samples need broken down or products such as powders and polymers need mixed.

Samples up to 400 mL are conveniently loaded in the sterile blender bags which are sealed upon closing the door. Mixing paddles rapidly strike the bags, producing thorough mixing and homogenization without ever directly contacting the sample. Programming is user friendly - mixing speed and cycle time are easily adjusted on the large, full color touch screen. Paddle position can be adjusted to ensure efficient processing of samples. For applications requiring thermal regulation (such as Trichinella testing in meat) the chamber can be heated and maintained at temperatures up to 65°C.

The door is removable for access to the chamber and stainless steel mixing paddles. Each paddle includes a convenient rubber cover that is easily removed or replaced. A UV light (254 nm) is built into the chamber and can be activated at any time to perform complete decontamination.
