MTC Bio™ 5 and 10 mL Transport Tubes
Transport tubes, sometimes called mailing tubes, are used in multiple sectors of the laboratory market, including medical, hospital, environmental, independent testing, food testing, and biological research labs. Also suitable for pharmaceutical packaging and applications.
Used to store, transport or freeze samples, these tubes come in both 5 mL (16 x 60 mm) and 10mL (16 x 80 mm) and are fitted with leak-proof screw-caps. They are made of high-grade polypropylene, and include white printed graduations and marking area. Tubes are self-standing and come packaged in 10 bags 100 tubes.

SureSeal™ Transport Tubes
Transport tubes are used in nearly every type of laboratory, from medical to environmental to bioresearch. Often used to transport highly infectious samples, scientists have demanded the highest level of leak-resistant containment. To meet that demand and other stress factors, an integral silicone O-ring system has been developed to ensure safe containment in high/low temperature environments and during air transportation. Guaranteed to exceed 95kPa. Tubes come packaged in 10 bags of 100 tubes, with pre-sterilized attached cap options, or non-sterile with separately packaged caps.

Transport Tubes with FreezeTech™ Temperature Indicator
MTC Bio™ self-standing transport tubes — often referred to as mailing tubes or transport vials—are made of virgin polypropylene and are supplied with 1¼ turn screw caps attached. These tubes are certified to be leak-proof and 95kPa compliant and are now available with MTC Bio’s exclusive FreezeTech™ Temperature Indicator.
With FreezeTech™, each tube features a temperature indicator patch that starts turning blue at 4°C and becomes dark blue when the tube (and its contents) reach 0°C. The indicator patch returns to its original transparent grey color as the sample temperature approaches 4°C and above. This serves as a warning that critical samples may be reaching undesirable temperatures, making it the ideal vessel for the transport of temperature-sensitive materials.

Transport Tubes

Flip Top Vials
These new flat-bottomed vials are made of natural polypropylene. They feature a one-piece design that includes an integral hinged cap and can be used in digestion equipment/protocols.
