AccuSeal Semi-Automated Plate Sealer
AccuSeal Semi Automated Plate Sealers from MIDSCI are engineered and constructed by Labnet International, Inc to maximize PCR, assay, and storage applications with a user-friendly panel and automated sealing options.
Great emphasis has been placed on incorporating a wide range of standard heights to deep well microplates with appropriate adaptors to efficiently fit the plates for consistent temperature regulation. The AccuSeal sealer is optimized for simple digital control and operation, user-friendly versatility and convenience as well as safety.
Controls and Operation:

SealPlate® RollMate™ Pre-scored Film in a Convenient, Easy to Use Roll Format
Pre-scored film on a roll is a more economical and efficient alternative to rapidly seal microplates or racked test tubes; faster than applying single sheeted film. Self-standing, non-slip supports hold the pre-scored film roll securely in place for quick and easy bench-top dispensement. The roll unwind tension can be easily adjusted to user preference. Continuous backing liner can be torn off or fed directly into a waste basket for disposal.

An economical and more user-friendly alternative to PCR strip caps; no sore thumbs and fingers guaranteed!
- Certified DNase- & RNase- free
- Each sheet contains 6 strips on a continuous liner for ease of use
- Pierceable with a pipet tip or robotic probe for direct sample recovery
- The conformable nature of foil allows for the visual verification of the seal’s security around each well
- 2.0mil aluminum foil removes easily without tearing
- A non-locking workstation is recommended for sample prep (e.g. 96-well round-boom plate)
- Removal of the end-tabs at the perforations is recommended before cycling
- A final sealing step is highly recommended in the thermal cycler because 8-tube strips flex during handling

X-Pierce™ Sealing Films for Re-sealability and Easy Access Without Pipet Tip Coring or Adhesive Fouling
X-Pierce™ film is designed for short-term processing and storage of samples that require multiple access to wells by pipet tips or robotic probes.A pre-cut “X” over each well creates bendable flaps that provide sample access without coring or adhesive fouling of tips or probes. Ideal for COVID-19 sample collection in deep-well plates using swabs.

AeraSeal™ SealMate™ Rolls for Fast and Efficient Microplate Sealing
The dispenser facilitates the quick and easy dispensing of film from a roll allowing microplates to be sealed three times faster than using sheeted films. Cost-effective replacement rolls are sold separately. Ideal for use under the hood; the SealMate™ dispenser minimizes film contamination.
- Environmentally friendly; no paper liner to remove and discard; utilizes approximately 59% less material than AeraSeal™ sheeted film
